Front of House (Concierge / Reception) Location: Old Street, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00 (excluding bank holidays) Do you hold a valid SIA licence and enjoy providing a professional and welcoming service? Our client is looking for a polished and approachable Front of House Concierge to be the first point of contact in a busy multi-tenanted building. This role combines excellent customer service with key security responsibilities. You’ll be the go-to person for tenants, visitors, contractors, and couriers, ensuring the building runs smoothly and safely every day. What you’ll be doing: * Acting as the main onsite contact, working closely with the external client. * Providing a professional and friendly reception/concierge service. * Carrying out regular patrols to ensure safety and security. * Responding to fire alarms and handling day-to-day building issues. * Coordinating contractor access and assisting with onsite requirements. * Greeting visitors and managing courier deliveries. * Reporting maintenance issues and supporting tenants with minor queries. * Ordering and managing consumables for the cleaning team. What we’re looking for: * Valid SIA Licence (essential). * Confident, professional, and approachable manner. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Calm and proactive attitude when dealing with incidents. * Previous concierge, reception, or customer service experience is an advantage.
