NextMomentum is the growth partner for ambitious e-commerce brands. Born in London, and with an office in Paris, we help brands scale faster by pairing entrepreneurial strategy with AI-amplified execution across Paid Search and Paid Social, backed by sharp data, standout creative and best-in-class tracking.
We work with everyone from household names to the fastest-rising direct-to-consumer challengers, and we treat every one of them like it’s our own business to grow.
What we’re looking for
NextMomentum is seeking a talented Paid Social Specialist with experience managing paid social campaigns. You’ll partner with our experienced strategists to create highly efficient and creative social campaigns.
You’ll work closely with the senior strategists and the rest of the Performance Marketing team, across every aspect of Paid Social advertising: planning, strategy and set-up through to execution, analysis and optimisation.
Role highlights
- Plan, build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, alongside Pinterest, improving results through continuous experimentation.
- Run full-funnel campaigns, from brand awareness and recall through to lead generation, eCommerce and sales.
- Own day-to-day client relationships: lead calls, present strategy and deliver reporting, working with account teams to turn performance data into clear insights, recommendations and next steps.
- Work closely with the creative team to shape platform-first content and creative testing.
- Manage a varied client portfolio across beauty, jewellery, entertainment and hospitality.
- Bring fresh ideas and proactively spot opportunities to improve client performance.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and sharpen your craft through structured learning.
What you’ll need
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and at least one of Pinterest.
- Creative social strategy skills: you can confidently brief creators, refine ad concepts and build scalable testing frameworks that improve creative output over time.
- Evidence you’ve improved performance through structured testing and insight-led optimisation.
- Confidence managing budgets and pacing accurately against targets.
- An analytical approach: you enjoy interpreting data and turning it into practical actions.
- Clear communication and stakeholder skills (you can explain “why” as well as “what”).
- Charisma, strong communication skills and the confidence to present, advise and challenge thinking in a fast-paced client environment.
- Clear, professional written communication and the self-discipline to work well remotely.
- A suitable home workspace with a reliable internet connection.
- French speaking is needed for this role
How we work
- We’re a fully remote team with no fixed office. Here’s what that looks like day to day:
- Home-based. You’ll work from home, anywhere in the UK or internationally, from a quiet, safe workspace with a reliable internet connection.
- One collaboration day a week. The team meets at our coworking space in Central London one day a week for team meetings, planning, training and socials. Fully remote arrangements are also possible and can be discussed at interview.
Perks and benefits
- Weekly collaboration day at a coworking space in Central London.
- 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
- Birthday day off.
- Sabbatical leave of up to 4 weeks after 5 years’ tenure.
- Contractual sick pay policy.
- Pension with employer contribution (5% employee and 4% employer after passing probation).
