What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Creative Graphic Designer with a passion for designing scroll‑stopping, conversion‑driven content for paid campaigns.
Your Responsibilities
- Design & Production: Create static, motion, and video assets tailored for Paid Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
- UGC Content: Ideate, brief, and edit UGC‑style ads, either producing them in‑house or coordinating with external creators.
- Strategy Collaboration: Work with Paid Media Strategists to test new concepts, hooks, and messaging angles.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain visual consistency across campaigns while adapting to each brand’s identity.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with platform trends, video styles, and emerging ad formats.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools.
- Understanding of direct‑response design and e‑commerce performance metrics.
- Experience in UGC production and/or creator collaboration.
- A portfolio demonstrating ad creatives or UGC content for consumer brands.
- 2 years of experience in a creative role.
- Fluency in French is a plus but not a requirement.
