Job Description

This role combines strategy, orchestration, and execution to drive awareness, generate pipeline, and fuel customer advocacy across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Define and execute a demand generation plan for UKI and BeNeNor aligned with global goals but tailored to local market nuances. Orchestrate multi‑channel marketing programs (ABM, events, digital, partner‑led campaigns) spanning the full funnel.

  • Budget & Performance Management: Own the regional marketing budget and ensure efficient, impactful spend. Forecast, track, and report on performance metrics with clarity and confidence.
  • Partner & Account‑Based Marketing: Develop account‑based strategies that incorporate partner activities and customer engagement. Co‑create programs with global MSPs and local channel partners to expand reach and impact.
  • Digital & Advocacy: Ensure regional web and digital assets are optimized and GDPR compliant. Partner with customer reference and advocacy programs.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior marketers and interns as the team evolves.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in a high‑growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales to deliver measurable pipeline.
  • Deep knowledge of UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Nordics markets with experience running cross‑market campaigns.
  • Confidence in owning end‑to‑end programs and making decisions at pace.
  • Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and channel ecosystems.
  • Fluent in pipeline concepts: ABM, funnel metrics, lead scoring, intent data, automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of engaging personas—from CIOs to IT admins—and building content journeys that convert.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, visual—with a knack for simplifying complexity.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and occasional curveballs; calm under pressure with a sense of humor.

Benefits

  • Permanent contract with a competitive compensation package.
  • Location: Cannon Street, close to St. Paul’s Cathedral.
  • Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work.
  • Flexible hours and unlimited vacation with 25 days of holidays and 3 company‑paid volunteer days.
