Job Description
- Act as a new business hunter, identifying and targeting potential clients to expand our customer base, across various verticals.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with assigned Enterprise Accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Qualify new business opportunities while actively participating in cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
- Lead and orchestrate complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal and external resources such as partners, inside sales, solution consultants (pre-sales), sales management, and executive leadership.
- Navigate and overcome challenges throughout the sales process, ensuring successful deal closures.
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast to drive operational excellence.
- Utilize data and insights to make informed decisions, adapt strategies, and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor to clients, leveraging a consultative selling approach to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
- Understand clients\’ needs and align our solutions to address their pain points effectively.
- Foster a collaborative environment by actively leveraging the knowledge and expertise of your extended team.
- Contribute to the overall success of your team by achieving your quota and supporting team members with an energetic and can-do attitude.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Very good track record selling high-end software solutions, preferably in one or more of the following disciplines: Application Architectures & Performance Management, Business Analytics Tools, End User Experience, SaaS, IaaS, Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Storage, and Infrastructure Management to Forbes Global 2000 accounts.
- Proven success in complex sales involving multiple decision-makers and sales cycles ranging from 3 to 12 months.
- At least 5+ years of experience in software solution sales across multiple verticals.
- Proficient in qualifying and developing opportunities using MEDDIC or other professional sales methodologies, ensuring a strategic and structured approach to understanding client needs and driving successful sales outcomes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of organizations.
