Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and execute commercial contracts with European customers, vendors, and partners
- Develop and improve commercial contracting workflows, including drafting form agreements and creating contracting tools
- Support growth in Europe by providing legal guidance on privacy, employment, regulatory, corporate, product, and compliance matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic legal and business initiatives in Europe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide legal advice on various issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a law firm and or in-house position in the United Kingdom, including experience implementing and supporting complex scalable workflows.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that allow for clear communication both written and verbal.
- Interest in being a true partner to our business stakeholders and immersing yourself in the ins and outs of our business and the industry in which we operate.
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.
- A high degree of professional integrity, ethics, and sound judgment.
- Be a highly proactive self-starter who delivers quality work within tight timelines.
- Be humble, adaptable, and flexible, with a growth mindset and desire to work on a variety of matters.
- Law degree from a top university with strong academic credentials.
- Be a qualified solicitor or barrister of good standing in England Wales.
- Be based in the United Kingdom, preferably close to London.
