Requirements
- Technical & advanced analytics : Advanced Google Sheet or Excel proficiency.
SQL.
Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or specialized FP&A software (e. g., Pigment, Anaplan) is beneficial.
- Proven ability to work in ambiguity: You can, with some support, frame a problem, find the right data, test hypotheses and move forward without waiting for perfect inputs.
You can draw out the insights from complex or incomplete data.
- Business acumen: You can join the dots between business imperatives, stakeholders’ priorities, and external factors
- Communication : You can challenge assumptions constructively and confidently with senior stakeholders. You can create board-ready and management level materials.
- Experience : 5+ years across a combination of strategy consulting, banking, private equity or FP&A in fast moving environments.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, scaling environment
- Low Ego You are equally comfortable developing the 3-year plan for the Board as you are digging into broken cell references in a Google sheet.
