Acumen is looking for an Impact Manager with at least 8 years of experience to support the Associate Director of Impact and help the team design and implement Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change and Impact Framework.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in creating Theories Of Change, logical frameworks approach/logic models, Impact Frameworks.
- Experience in developing Evidence and Measurement Frameworks and operational tools such as Indicator trackers and results based monitoring approaches.
- Prior experience collaborating with project implementation teams and familiarity with project planning, Gantt charts, risk management etc.
- Experience working in a global context across timezones with multiple stakeholders in private sector finance.
- System creation and management (processes, practices, technical systems, resourcing, staffing, ways of working).
- Experience in use of data analysis software such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Airtable and visualisation software (Tableau or similar) or willingness to learn.
- Experience in carrying out data analysis using pivot tables, basic regression analysis and statistical methods or willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience:
- Developing basic Salesforce dashboards (or similar) or a willingness to learn.
