Own the Pipeline & Financial Performance: Own the booking targets and financial performance for the segment by developing and executing a multi year strategic growth plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the Principal of Business Development for Healthcare & Life Sciences for EMEA, you will drive the strategy, financial performance, and growth of our core Healthcare and Life Sciences segments.

Whether focused on Providers, Payers, or Life Sciences, you will serve as the General Manager for your vertical by owning the booking targets and orchestrating strategic vertical alliances.

You will accelerate our market momentum by architecting and executing high-impact, joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our top-tier resellers and hyperscaler partners across EMEA.

  • In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and market needs.

You will determine objectives to address critical industry challenges including digital transformation, AI adoption, and cloud migration and act as a principal advisor to both our internal teams and external customers.

This role differentiates itself by shifting the traditional partner relationship into a true co-selling engine, directly driving pipeline and bookings for HLS solutions via Partner-Sourced business

Requirements

  • HLS & Alliance

Expertise: Proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management within the technology sector, with a deep understanding of customers solutions, cloud economics, and the specific regulatory, data, and compliance needs of the EMEA Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.

  • Cross-Functional Influence & Execution: Develop and execute the global strategy for your segment in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams.

A track record of balancing high-level strategy with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" execution mindset, showing a strong ability to build trust and influence executive leaders across partner organizations.

  • Agile Collaboration & Communication: Outstanding business acumen and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multi-cultural EMEA environment.
  • Location & Travel: We operate in a hybrid/field-based model.

You will be expected to work effectively from a regional corporate office in a key EMEA market, with the ability to travel 25–40% across the region as business needs require.
