The GTM Program Manager will work as part of the GTM Programs and Sales Enablement team, reporting to the VP GTM Programs and Sales Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design and execution of strategic GTM programs that drive business impact.
  • Translate high-level strategy into executable programs with clear objectives, deliverables and success metrics.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Drive innovation in how we leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance GTM effectiveness and team productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex programs and initiatives in SaaS and/or AI-oriented tech companies, in roles such as sales operations, marketing operations or related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programs end-to-end from strategy through successful execution and measurement.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to understand business context, define clear program objectives and identify critical path to success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage cross-functional dependencies and align diverse priorities.
  • Project and program management expertise including planning, tracking, risk management and issue resolution.
  • Knowledge of enterprise SaaS go-to-market best practices, sales processes and the drivers of GTM productivity.
  • Experience with and enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies; ability to identify and apply relevant tools and approaches to GTM challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define metrics, gather data and draw insights from program results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling narratives and communicate progress to diverse audiences.
  • Execution-focused with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver with high quality.
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with ability to work effectively in matrix organizations.
