Key Responsibilities- Planet is seeking a thoughtful, diligent, detail-oriented (and fun!) Executive Assistant to support our Commercial & European Leadership Team, Visiting Executives and UK Office. The role is wide ranging including calendaring, expenses, travel coordination, supporting weekly meetings and quarterly offsites, as well as supporting with our London office events.
- The ideal person is someone highly motivated by teamwork, sees through barriers to reduce clutter (inbox, calendar etc) and deliver results seamlessly and accurately with little direction. Our Executive Support team are the critical ties that bind our organisation and you would have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the team to ensure high level support to the Executive and Leadership teams, allowing them to focus on what matters most - our people, our customers, our culture and our long term path to achieving our mission.
- This is a full-time, remote position based in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Slovenia or the United Kingdom. If located near an office, you are expected to work from that office 3 days per week.
- 4+ years experience supporting senior executives at a fast-growing company
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A passion for people, space, and climate
- Excellent follow-up skills and a desire to manage up
- Ability to respond and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Experience in general administrative support ranging from travel and accommodations, heavy calendar management and creating presentations
- Experience in organising off-sites and mid-scale events
- Maturity, resilience and professionalism working people internal and external high profile people alike
- Highly organized approach with the ability to ensure others around you are as well
- Proactive nature, with the ability to anticipate the needs of others
- Solid command for both the fine details and the big picture, keeping priorities in constant shuffle
- Ability to find solutions with minimal direction
- Willingness to travel to our London office when required
- Familiarity working at a global business with multiple offices and timezones
- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- Willingness to ask questions, learn and have a sense of curiosity
