West Yorkshire , with opportunities available in Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Kirklees and surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day supply, short-term placements or longer-term opportunities, we can help you find roles that suit your experience and availability.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of welcoming primary schools and year groups, while receiving ongoing support from your dedicated consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Follow school planning and adapt lessons to meet the needs of pupils.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Manage pupil behaviour confidently and consistently.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress where required.
  • Support the academic, social and emotional development of pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders.
  • Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and expectations.
  • Provide a high standard of teaching and maintain continuity of learning.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

Previous experience teaching in a primary school – essential.

  • Experience teaching EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development.
  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
