About the Role:

  • Positions available in both primary and secondary departments.
  • Work in a purpose-built, well-equipped specialist school with outstanding facilities, including a hydrotherapy pool, rebound room, and performing arts studio.
  • Join a collaborative team of teachers, higher-level teaching assistants, and special support assistants, alongside therapists and medical professionals.
  • Deliver a holistic, topic-based curriculum tailored to individual student needs, focusing on communication, independence, and confidence building.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced in working with students with severe or profound learning difficulties, PMLD, or complex SEN needs.
  • Passionate about inclusive education and willing to work flexibly within a team.
  • Committed to professional development - training is provided in child protection, epilepsy and first aid, manual handling, and positive behaviour support.
