Next Gen Teachers is recruiting a PMLD Teaching Assistant for a specialist school in East Grinstead from September 2026.

You’ll provide tailored support to pupils with PMLD, SLD and complex needs, working with teachers and therapists to enable access to learning and life skills.

The role offers 1:1 and small-group support, a genuine temp-to-perm pathway, and monthly/weekly pay in a supportive SEN environment.

September 2026 start with term-time only schedule.
