NextGen Teachers are looking for a wonderful Part-Time Qualified Primary Teacher for two days a week. This is for a fantastic school within a welcoming and supportive primary setting. The experienced candidate will be marking and teaching, no planning required.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective KS2 lessons using the school's planned curriculum.
- Mark pupils' work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs where appropriate.
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and work collaboratively with colleagues to support the best outcomes for all pupils.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching in KS2.
- A confident and effective classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils.
- A positive, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- A commitment to safeguarding, promoting pupil wellbeing, and supporting every child to reach their full potential.
