We are recruiting a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-established specialist SEN school in Croydon that delivers a structured, GCSE-focused curriculum for students with additional learning needs. The Role
As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support students across KS3 and KS4. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). You will help students access learning, remain engaged in lessons, and build the confidence and skills needed to succeed academically.
