Next Gen Teachers is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a mainstream school in Leeds this September.

You will support pupils with SEN, providing personalised learning support within the school's SEN provision and be part of the wider community.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group work with pupils who have autism, SEMH, communication or learning needs.

You will help build confidence, independence and positive behaviours, reporting progress to teachers and SEN staff.
