Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, supporting their academic progress and personal development.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and uphold the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
- Support students’ wider development through enrichment opportunities, such as clubs, trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.
- Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent).
