Are you a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact? Join a supportive specialist setting, working with pupils aged 4–11 with Autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties (MLD/SLD), communication and language needs, physical disabilities, hearing and visual impairments, and SEMH needs. You'll work in small classes alongside experienced staff, helping every child develop academically, socially and emotionally in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering personalised learning activities for pupils with a range of complex SEN.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual EHCP targets.
- Use communication strategies and sensory approaches to promote engagement, independence and confidence.
- Support pupils with their social, emotional, behavioural and personal care needs where required.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, sharing observations with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
- Level 3 Childcare / Teaching Assistant qualification and experience supporting children with Autism or complex SEN.
- A patient, caring and resilient approach, with the ability to adapt support to meet individual needs.
- Strong communication skills, a commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
