NextGen Teachers are recruiting a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant for a Leeds primary school, starting September. You will work with KS2 pupils who have behavioural, SEN, SEMH or EHCP needs, applying de-escalation and positive strategies to foster a safe, inclusive classroom.

The role requires prior KS2 experience with SEND, a calm and empathetic approach, strong communication, and safeguarding awareness. Term-time hours apply, 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
