To support our growth, we are looking for a highly driven Education Delivery Consultant who wants to grow their own candidate network, deliver exceptional service, and play a key role in establishing NextGen Teachers as the number one recruiter in the local area. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, forward-thinking, and ambitious, with aspirations to become a top-performing consultant within our wider business group.

The Role – What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Speaking with candidates daily to understand their experience, preferences, and career goals
  • Screening and registering candidates for supply, long-term, and permanent opportunities
  • Supporting Sales Consultants with candidate recruitment across live vacancies
  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts across platforms such as Indeed, CV-Library, LinkedIn, and more
  • Arranging interviews for temporary and permanent roles
  • Identifying vacancy leads through candidate conversations
  • Providing ongoing support, feedback, and pastoral care to candidates
  • Supporting CV writing and delivering a smooth onboarding experience
  • Conducting candidate registration interviews (phone, video, and in person)
  • Leading candidate induction events for newly registered candidates
  • Creating candidate mailshots and talent pools
  • Maintaining regular check-ins with candidates throughout their journey with NextGen Teachers

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or education
  • Confident, professional communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of the education sector (desirable but not essential)
