NextGen Teachers is recruiting a Primary SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Horsham district. You will provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, helping children overcome barriers to learning and develop emotional resilience in a specialist SEMH setting.
Working with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff, you will nurture safe, engaging learning environments, follow safeguarding procedures and help pupils access literacy and numeracy while building confidence for their future.
