We are recruiting a Post-16 Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Horsham, supporting Key Stage 5 students within PSHE and life skills-focused learning. The Role
As a Post-16 LSA, you will support students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them engage with learning, regulate emotions, and prepare for life beyond education. We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced as a Teaching Assistant, LSA, Behaviour Support Worker, or similar
- Confident supporting young people with SEN, SEND, SEMH, or additional needs
- Calm, patient, and resilient in their approach

- A strong communicator and team player
- Motivated to build long-term experience within SEN education
