The school is seeking a dynamic Head of Department to lead, inspire, and manage their History department. The school is seeking a HOD with a proven track record of success in improving standards and solid experience in a middle leadership role. The role of History Subject Lead is ideal for an experienced teacher who has the ability to develop a curriculum that can be suited to every type of learner within the school. The school is part of a local multi-academy trust who hold high standards, strong behaviour management policies and are rated OUTSTANDING by Ofsted.
Requirements:
- A degree in History
- Qualified Teaching status
- Middle management experience
