NextGen Teachers is working with a growing network of nurseries and early years settings across West Sussex and East Surrey, providing experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support with planned absences, staff shortages and long-term cover. You choose when you work. Whether you're looking for one day a week or full‑time hours, we'll help you find opportunities that suit your availability.
The Role: As a supply Nursery Practitioner, you'll be supporting children from babies through to pre‑school age, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and develop. You'll be working alongside welcoming nursery teams, following each setting's routines and providing high‑quality care throughout the day.
We're looking for people who:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Have experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Are passionate about supporting young children's learning and development
- Have a caring, positive and reliable approach
- Can build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are happy to apply for one)
