Next Gen Teachers are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils at a specialist SEND school in Burgess Hill.

The role is full-time, term-time only, starting September 2026, with a 12-week temp-to-perm pathway and a daily rate of Β£100.

You will work with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide individual and small-group assistance, helping pupils access learning and develop independence in a calm, nurturing environment.
