NextGen Teachers are looking for a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a 4-form entry primary school in Leeds from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is ready to play a key role in helping them learn, grow, and succeed. The school is rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted and is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment. They provide a nurturing environment that supports every child's individual learning journey and have an extremely collaborative and supportive staff team.

The Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support learning in the classroom, work with small groups and individual pupils, and contribute to the wider life of the school. You may also be asked to lead interventions and occasionally cover lessons under teacher guidance.

Requirements:

  • A Childcare Level 3 qualification
  • Experience working in a primary school or similar setting
  • A caring, positive, and flexible attitude
  • Confidence supporting learning and behaviour in a classroom environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The right to work in the UK
  • An enhanced Child DBS on the update service
