About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons to secondary-aged students
- Adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning and emotional needs
- Support pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and other SEND requirements
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and self-esteem
- Support behaviour for learning through relationship-based approaches
- Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning and support plans
- Work closely with support staff, pastoral teams, therapists, and families
- Promote positive outcomes both inside and outside of the classroom
About You
We would love to hear from teachers who:
- Hold QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Have experience working with secondary-aged students
- Are passionate about inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
- Can build strong relationships with young people who may have experienced challenges in education
- Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Are resilient, flexible, and committed to helping every student succeed
