Exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist provision for pupils aged 11-16 with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and additional needs.
Job role - SEMH / SEND Teacher:
- Teach pupils aged 11-16 (KS3-KS4) with MLD and additional needs
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
- Support students with SEN, Autism, communication needs, and learning difficulties
- Create a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Build strong relationships with pupils and families to support progress
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teachers (QTS) - Primary or Secondary trained
- Experienced SEN Teachers / SEND Teachers / SEMH Teachers
- Teachers looking to transition into special education / alternative provision
You Will:
- Have a strong interest or experience in SEMH / SEND / inclusion
