Exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist provision for pupils aged 11-16 with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and additional needs.

Job role - SEMH / SEND Teacher:

  • Teach pupils aged 11-16 (KS3-KS4) with MLD and additional needs
  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  • Support students with SEN, Autism, communication needs, and learning difficulties
  • Create a positive, structured and engaging classroom environment
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and families to support progress

Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS) - Primary or Secondary trained
  • Experienced SEN Teachers / SEND Teachers / SEMH Teachers
  • Teachers looking to transition into special education / alternative provision

You Will:

  • Have a strong interest or experience in SEMH / SEND / inclusion
  • Be confident adapting teaching for a range of learning needs
