A specialist school in Burgess Hill is seeking committed Teaching Assistants to join their team. This role involves supporting pupils in small classes across Primary and Secondary ages, who have a range of learning, communication, and behavioural needs.
You will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, regulated, and supported throughout the school day. Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you will help deliver personalised support that enables children to access learning and make progress at their own pace.
