Our Westbury based client is offering a new opportunity for an individual to join its team as a Sealer Operative/Warehouse Operative. As a Sealer Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the correct pallet configuration, quantity, and quality of the retail products prior to dispatch.
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire.
Shift Pattern: 3 Rotating Shifts, No Weekends (Mornings, Nights, Evenings)
- Morning hours: Mon - Thurs 06:00-14:00, Fri - 06:00-11:00.
- Evening hours: Mon - Thurs 14:00 - 22:00, Fri - 11:30 - 17:00.
- Night hours: Mon - Thurs 22:00 - 06:00, Fri - 17:00 - 22:00.
Annual salary: £27,401.56
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
- Take ownership of correct pallet configuration, quantity, and quality as the last line of quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and seamless operation.
- Work independently and as part of a team, supporting operators on their line.
- Utilise pallet trucks and handle the movement of heavy pallets.
- Uphold safety standards, ensuring your safety and that of your team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with pallet trucks and handling heavy loads is preferred.
