Hours: 18:00 - 02:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Operative to join their busy Packing Centre in Lacock, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, food manufacturing or production who has strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to food safety and product quality. You will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring products are manufactured safely, legally and in line with customer specifications. The role will involve carrying out quality checks, maintaining accurate records, identifying non-conformances and supporting investigations and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine quality checks on eggs, products and packing materials.
  • Ensure products meet company, legal and customer specifications.
  • Complete and maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
  • Monitor production processes and identify quality or food safety issues.
  • Report non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions.
  • Assist with investigations into customer complaints and quality failures.
  • Carry out detailed product and process inspections.
  • Assist with Quality Management System audits.
