Self-Employed Plumber/Heating Engineer in Malmesbury

Our client is a main contractor who is currently developing a major new warehouse facility near Malmesbury. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced self-employed plumber / heating engineer until January 2027. The scheme is the 2nd phase of a larger development and once complete there will be the potential for 12 additional months of work. The site is exceptionally well managed and there is a great working environment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out plumbing and heating installations across a variety of projects * Complete planned maintenance and repair work * Undertake fault finding and troubleshooting activities * Work from drawings, plans and project specifications * Ensure all work complies with current regulations and site safety requirements * Collaborate with site managers, contractors and other trades * Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service What We're Looking For * Previous experience as a Plumber and/or Heating Engineer * Own tools and transportation required * Valid CSCS Card (minimum basic card required) * Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively * Willingness to assist with additional site tasks when required * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship * Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach Interested?
