We are recruiting Plastic Pack Wash Operatives for our client, a leading free-range and organic egg producer, based in Lacock, Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively clean all company plastics including trays, machinery and tools
- Promote a culture of dignity and respect amongst staff
- Work as part of a team and carry out tasks according to instructions
- Only operate machinery that you have been trained to use
- Ensure you use the correct PPE for the task at all times and the PPE used is in good condition
- Play your part in the health and safety policy – be safety conscious in every task you perform and look out for the safety of others
- Ensure correct manual handling techniques are followed at all times
- Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures
- Follow company procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse experience is essential
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience is essential
- Level 2 or above Food Safety and HACCP is advantageous but not essential – training provided
- Consistent 4on4off shift pattern 06:00-18:00
- Team player with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent attitude and work ethic
