This role is based within a slightly colder production environment, so previous experience working in a food production, food manufacturing or chilled/cold environment is essential. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly and products are prepared and packed to the highest standards. Your duties will include:
- Working as part of a busy and supportive production team.
- Assisting with the preparation, processing and packing of food products.
- Working in a cooler production environment for extended periods.
- Checking products to ensure they meet quality and customer standards.
- Following food safety, hygiene and health standards.
