RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivering a design package to the data hall build team including:
    • data hall design bill-of-materials (BOM)
    • port mapping
    • patch panel matrices
    • physical inventory of network equipment
  • Interpret a network design and translate that into physical inventory list of network equipment and infrastructure
  • Interpret building floor plan and overlay rack layout
  • Analyze cable/conduit fill-ratio, evaluate secure duct and conduit availability for capacity and conflicts
