The Junior Sales and Account Executive supports the Sales and Marketing function in driving new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships across the UK and European region.
This role focuses on:
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Supporting the sales cycle

The role works closely with the Sales and Marketing Lead and wider commercial team to execute agreed sales strategies and contribute to pipeline growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support & Business Development
- Support the execution of the regional sales plan.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends.
- Assist in outreach activities including email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, and event follow-ups.
- Support proposal preparation and RFP responses.
- Account Management Support
- Maintain regular communication with assigned customer accounts.
- Assist in building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Ensure customer queries are handled promptly or escalated appropriately.
- Support account reviews and customer performance tracking.
- Pipeline & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and sales activity.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Track progress against sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing on lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate internally with product and operations teams to support client requirements.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, conferences, and industry events when required.
