We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Dealer Support Manager (internally referred to as an Account Support Executive Manager) to lead and develop our Dealer Support Function. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll ensure exceptional operational support for our field sales and account management teams while helping to drive utilisation, renewals and customer outcomes. Through coaching, performance insight and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in delivering commercial success. You’ll lead a talented team, optimise ways of working and use data to improve performance, customer experience and operational efficiency. Working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll have real opportunity to influence how the function evolves.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 5–8 Dealer Account Support Executives (DASEs), creating a high-performing and engaged culture
  • Set clear objectives and support development through regular 1:1s, coaching and structured plans
  • Build team capability, resilience and future talent pipelines
  • Own team performance against KPIs, service standards and operational priorities
  • Ensure effective workload management and consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Oversee key activities including new business applications, renewals and account support, maintaining strong quality, compliance and customer experience standards
  • Translate sales priorities into clear operational actions that support utilisation, renewals and portfolio performance
  • Use Salesforce and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Deliver meaningful reporting and recommendations to Sales Leadership to support better decision-making
  • Act as the key link between DASEs and teams including Risk, Credit, Finance, Customer Operations and Marketing
  • Resolve cross-functional challenges and improve end-to-end processes
  • Champion Salesforce adoption, data quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading teams within sales support, account management or operational environments
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management experience
  • Experience within automotive, financial services or another regulated environment
  • Experience of using Salesforce and Salesforce Reporting
  • Confidence using KPIs, reporting and data to drive results
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High level of IT literacy
