Requirements Who We Are Searching For:
- We want team players who radiate positivity and genuinely love helping children grow.
- The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, "Early Years Educator"). (Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates do not count toward statutory nursery ratios for this tier).
- The Experienced Unqualified Stars: You might not hold a formal Level 2 or 3 certificate, but you have the vital hands-on experience! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience working in a nursery setting and a natural flair for childcare, we want you on our team.
The Non-Negotiables for Everyone:
- Absolute passion, reliability, and an energetic approach to the nursery day.
- A commitment to safety: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you don't have one, you must be willing to obtain it to help keep our environments safe and compliant.
