Requirements
The Early Years Talent We Need: We are actively searching for energetic educators who naturally take initiative and love being immersed in the daily routine. We welcome applications across two pathways:
- The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3): You must hold a “Full & Relevant” Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, or a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma). (Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements for this tier).
- The Experienced & Driven Unqualified Staff: You may not possess formal paperwork, but your extensive hands-on experience and vibrant flair for childcare are undeniable. If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery and a proactive attitude, we want to hear from you.
What You Must Bring to the Floor
- The Vibe: An uplifting passion for early childhood development, bulletproof reliability, and the eager initiative to jump into every activity with a smile.
- The Safeguarding Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable. If you do not have one, you must be committed to undertaking the training.
