Requirements
The Professional Benchmark (What We Need From You)
- Hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements).
- Possess a comprehensive, confident understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory welfare requirements, nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations. You need to be "nursery-ready" from day one.
- Have a current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you don’t have one right now, you must be enthusiastic and fully committed to completing the training within your first 3 months with us.
