- Provide Loving Care: Build secure, trusted bonds with babies and toddlers, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
- Foster Strong Partnerships: Connect closely with families, offering warm daily handovers and informative developmental updates.

Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Qualifications: Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or a recognized equivalent early years qualification.
- Skill & Passion: A natural talent for engaging young children and babies, paired with sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and childcare best practices.
- Communication & Energy: A warm, proactive approach, great organizational abilities, and positive communication skills.
- Safety First: Ability to complete/hold an Enhanced DBS check. Paediatric First Aid certification is a huge bonus!
