About the Role
Are you a passionate Early Years educator looking to make a real impact? We are a prestigious Private School Nursery currently in an exciting phase of expansion. We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner (Minimum Level 2 Qualified) to join our team and help shape the future of our setting as we grow.
While we work with children aged 0-5, we have a strong preference for practitioners with expertise in the Baby Room. If you have a natural talent for nurturing our youngest learners and want to be part of a high-standard, supportive educational environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- EYFS Excellence: Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision, ensuring holistic development for all children (0-5), including those with SEND.
- Baby Room Expertise: Lead by example in providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for our infants.
- Observations & Assessments: Conduct regular child observations and maintain detailed digital/written records in line with EYFS guidelines.
- Parent Partnership: Maintain warm, professional relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on developmental milestones.
- Growth & Innovation: Contribute fresh ideas to help shape nursery practices and environment as our setting expands.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum Level 2 in Childcare/Early Years (Level 3 preferred).
Experience: Proven experience within a nursery setting, with a specific interest or expertise in under 2s/Baby Room care.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and the SEND Code of Practice.
Personal Attributes: A reflective practitioner who is flexible, professional, and committed to high standards of safeguarding and care.
