Requirements

The Professional Benchmark (What We Need From You):

  • The Credentials: You MUST hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements).
  • The Knowledge: You must possess a comprehensive, confident understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory welfare requirements, nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations. You need to be "nursery-ready" from day one.
  • The 2025 Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. Don't have one right now? Don't sweat it—as long as you are enthusiastic and fully committed to completing the training within your first 3 months with us, we will help you get certified.
