Calling All Playtime Pioneers & Curiosity Champions! Do you have a genuine passion for child development? Are you the kind of person who can turn a cardboard box into a spaceship, negotiate peace treaties over toy trains, and bring boundless enthusiasm to the floor every single day? We are the Early Years Professional Network, and we are looking for high‑energy, dedicated Nursery Practitioners and Assistants to bring their magic to fantastic nurseries across Lambeth.
We know that working in Early Years is all about the children—so we’ve built a flexible supply network that lets you focus entirely on the exciting stuff, without the stress of endless paperwork or unpaid overtime!
Requirements Who We Are Looking For:
- We pride ourselves on providing nurseries with enthusiastic, reliable staff who genuinely love working with children.
- Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a full relevant Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Level 3 Early Years Educator, NNEB). Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates.
- Unqualified/Support Tier: Applicants may not have official paperwork but have the heart and energy for it. Warm, experienced applicants with 3+ months of verifiable experience working in a private nursery or preschool setting are welcome.
- Compliance (The 2025 Standard): To be counted in nursery ratios you must hold a full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate. If you do not have one, you must be willing to complete the training immediately to remain compliant.
