We have roles available for two types of candidates:<\/p>1. Qualified Staff (Level 2 & Level 3):<\/b><\/p>You hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification (such as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, NVQ, CACHE, or NNEB).<\/p><\/li>(Just a quick heads -up: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care qualifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratios).<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ul>2. Experienced Unqualified Staff:<\/b><\/p>You might not have the official certificate yet, but you have real, recent experience working in a nursery setting. If you know the daily routine and love the environment, we would love to speak with you.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>What you need to bring:<\/b><\/p>The Right Attitude:<\/b> A genuine care for children, reliability, and the enthusiasm to join in with daily activities.<\/p><\/li>First Aid:<\/b> Ideally, you will have a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate.
