We are currently welcoming candidates from two pathways:<\/p>1. The Qualified Pathway:<\/b><\/p>You hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Early Years Educator, NNEB).<\/p><\/li>Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care qualifications do not meet the statutory ratio requirements for this tier.<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ul>2. The Experienced Unqualified Pathway:<\/b><\/p>You might not have the official certificate yet, but you have the hands -on experience and the heart for it! We welcome applications from proactive, enthusiastic individuals who have verifiable, recent experience working in an early years setting.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>The Essentials for Everyone:<\/b><\/p>The Mindset:<\/b> You must be energetic, reliable, and ready to get stuck in from the moment you walk through the nursery doors.<\/p><\/li>The 2025 Standard:<\/b> A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable to help keep our settings safe.
