We are currently taking on professionals through two different routes:<\/p>1. Qualified Practitioners (Level 2 & Level 3):<\/b><\/p>You have a full, relevant Early Years qualification (like an NVQ, CACHE, NNEB, or Level 3 Early Years Educator).<\/p><\/li>(Please note: We cannot accept Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates for these specific nursery ratio roles).<\/i><\/p><\/li><\/ul>2. Experienced Unqualified Assistants:<\/b><\/p>You might not have a formal childcare diploma on your wall just yet, but you have solid, recent experience working in a nursery. If you understand how a busy room runs and love being part of it, we want to hear from you.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>What you must bring to the table:<\/b><\/p>A Great Vibe:<\/b> A caring nature, real reliability, and the willingness to just get stuck in with the kids and the core team.<\/p><\/li>First Aid Knowledge:<\/b> A Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is ideal.
