- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of EYFS framework, statutory welfare, nursery ratios, and Ofsted expectations.
- Be “nursery‑ready” from day one.
- A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred; if not held, commit to completing within first 3 months.
