Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

• A genuinely caring nature and a proactive approach are the most important things you can bring to the floor.
• The Qualified Professionals (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, Early Years Educator). Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements for this tier.
• The Experienced Unqualified Nurturers: You may not have the formal paperwork yet, but you have a natural gift for early childhood education and the hands-on experience to prove it! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery setting and a deep passion for helping children grow, we welcome you warmly.

The Essentials for Everyone:

• The Mindset: A deeply caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare. You must genuinely love what you do.
• The Safety Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently hold one, you must be eager to complete the training to help us maintain the safest possible environments for our little ones.
